Can I convert augmented staff to full-time employees?
Yes. You may do this at any time for a fee. We can facilitate the transition through our Employer of Record services or Contractor of Record services or help with direct hiring. Hiring fees vary based on the length of the engagement and specific circumstances, but at most cost 25% of the yearly rate for the engineer.
How do you handle intellectual property and confidentiality?
All developers sign comprehensive NDAs and IP assignment agreements before starting work and can sign additional agreements directly with you. We ensure full compliance with your security requirements, including criminal background checks, secure development environments with MDM software or company-issued devices, security training and awareness programs, data processing agreements (DPAs), and adherence to your data protection policies like SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. We also offer reference checks, education verification, and employment verificaton. When you pay us we assign full ownership of work product to your company.
