- Knowledge Base Team: Develops a Knowledge Base within the existing platform to support customers with accurate, relevant information in common support scenarios.
- Chatbots Team: Builds and integrates new chatbot deflection capabilities into multiple chat and communication contexts.

- Environment: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth setting.
- Software Principles: Strong understanding of OO, functional programming, design patterns, and their application.
- English Proficiency: Full professional English proficiency.
Additional Qualifications for Senior Position
- Architecture: Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications.
- Best Practices: Rigorous in A/B testing, test coverage, and web best practices.
- Data Models: Experience with complex data models at scale.
- Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
- Leadership: Prior experience leading engineering teams and working effectively in small, dynamic cross-functional teams.
