What You’ll Do
- Innovative Projects: Work on challenging projects such as NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, and advanced statistical prediction models to drive revenue and enhance personalized shopping experiences for 50M members.
- Solution Development: Develop innovative solutions to business problems using both classic and cutting-edge algorithms and frameworks.
- Application Design: Design and implement applications and tools based on NLP and GenAI to revolutionize user interactions responsibly.
- Specification Analysis: Analyze specifications for GenAI-enabled applications such as chatbots.
- Technology Stack: Utilize a state-of-the-art technology stack (Spark, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Snowflake, Airflow, AWS) to empower predictive modeling services for internal and external customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for AI/ML/DL solutions to increase organizational efficiency and enhance core business functions.
- Model Development: Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML/DL models and systems.
- Software Solutions: Implement robust software solutions for AI/ML/DL applications.
- Production Support: Productionize scalable and distributed AI/ML/DL solutions in cloud-based ecosystems and provide day-to-day production support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with a wide range of business stakeholders, including Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Executive Leadership.
- Agile Teams: Work in multi-functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate, and deliver on data-driven product objectives.
Your Background and Skills
- Educational Background: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Math.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML/DL.
- Expertise: Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, feature engineering, and software development.
- Statistical Modeling: Experience with statistical modeling and large-scale data analytics.
