They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in designing and building robust, scalable data pipelines to support the data science, analytics, and machine learning initiatives. You’ll be at the heart of transforming raw data into actionable insights, collaborating closely with data scientists and ML engineers to build production-grade solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient data pipelines.
- Work with large datasets across structured and unstructured formats.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to implement and productionize ML workflows.
- Manage data lifecycle from ingestion to transformation and storage.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.
- Develop and manage MLflow-based experiment tracking and model registry.
- Work extensively with Jupyter Notebooks for data exploration and pipeline validation.
- Implement tokenization strategies to support ML use cases.
Your Background and Skills Will Include
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, with a focus on data manipulation and processing.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with MLflow for model tracking and lifecycle management.
- Understanding and implementation of machine learning tokenization techniques.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks for prototyping and development.
- Familiarity with FastAPI framework
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
These Are Strong Pluses
- Familiarity with classifier algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, and Random Forests
- Experience with Databricks and Delta Live Tables (DLT).
- Knowledge of orchestration tools like Airflow and deployment tools like ArgoCD.
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for deploying and managing containerized applications.
