Required Skills

  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years in technical leadership roles
  • Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and React
  • Strong database design skills (PostgreSQL / Supabase)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, or DigitalOcean)
  • RESTful API architecture and implementation
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Knowledge of security best practices

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with real estate or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with Astro or similar static site generation frameworks
  • Knowledge of OpenStreetMap or mapping technologies
  • SEO and web performance optimization
  • Experience with Strapi or other headless CMS platforms
  • MLS/RETS integration experience
