Our client is a multinational big data analytics company. They offer a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that unifies customer data from disparate sources to deliver a holistic view of the customer enabling insights and actions with the objective of optimizing personalized customer journeys. They have differentiated technologies to ingest and unify customer data, perform machine learning on customer data and syndicate with other software products for activation. They have numerous large global customers who trust them to handle their complexity, scale, and security needs.

They are looking for a Senior Mac Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Apple ecosystem management, Jamf Pro (must be Jamf 400 Certified), and device lifecycle automation. You’ll join a highly motivated global IT team to manage and optimize Mac environments, drive software patching strategies, mobile device management, streamline Chrome profile configurations, and deliver best-in-class end-user experiences.

In this role, you’ll not only manage day-to-day device operations but also influence strategic IT projects around Apple device management, automation, and security compliance.

Work Hours

  • If the resource is in Vietnam or Asia Pacific, they need to work during BST time from 9 am to 6 pm
  • If in Argentina, they should work during EST time (9 am - 6 pm)
  • If in Eastern Europe, they can work in their local time BST zone

What You’ll Do

Macbook, Mobile Device & Jamf Administration

  • Manage the full lifecycle of macOS devices using Jamf Pro, including enrollment, configuration, policy management, and compliance.
  • Lead OS and third-party software patching initiatives using Jamf and other tools (Nudge, Automox or others).
  • Configure and manage Chrome user profiles and policies for enterprise environments using Google Browser management.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce CIS configurations, encryption, firewall, and endpoint protection policies across Apple devices.

Automation & SaaS Integration

  • Develop and maintain automation workflows for device provisioning, patching, and application deployment (Python, Bash, or tools like Workato, Tines, or Zapier).
  • Build scripts and policies to reduce manual support overhead and enhance operational efficiency.

Support & Operations

  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for Mac-related incidents and requests across EMEA and UK regions.
  • Participate in weekly on-call rotations and help manage conferencing tools and endpoint infrastructure.
  • Maintain detailed internal IT documentation and contribute to knowledge bases.

Your Background and Skills Will Include (Must-have)

  • Jamf 400 Certification with 6+ years of hands-on Jamf Pro experience.
  • Deep knowledge of macOS administration, Chrome profile management, and OS and Software patching workflows.
  • 6+ years in IT Systems Engineering roles, with a focus on Apple devices.
  • 3+ years of experience with IT automation (Python, Bash, or automation platforms - Preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with Jira ITSM and Confluence.
  • Admin experience in Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Exposure to AI or productivity automation tools.
