What You’ll Do
- Optimize Communications: Ensure that communications reach the right members at the right time with the right content.
- Campaign Execution: Work independently within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute email and mobile app push campaigns, resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Data-Driven Recommendations: Develop reports on campaigns and make data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.
- Collaborative Decision-Making: Participate in decisions regarding marketing program timing, content, audience targeting, and overall prioritization.
- Process Improvement: Propose improvements to communication processes to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
Your Background and Skills
- Educational Background: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a preference for experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget).
- Team Collaboration: Proven experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Multitasking Skills: Ability to stay level-headed while juggling multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Adaptability: Comfort with quickly pivoting and switching gears as needed.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Email Best Practices: Understanding of email best practices and experience with email QA is a plus.
